  There is a reason this guy has only 1 star!!! Unfortunately he was chosen by the lender, not me. He must have been the cheapest bidder. I scheduled an appointment between 2 and 4pm. I adjusted my schedule to accommodate this. 3:30 rolls around and still no show. I called his # and he said he would not make it until 4, seriously??? And you weren't going to call and update me? Well, he doesn't show up until 4:15 with a trainee in tow, who on top of everything else was rude!! I just received my appraisal and the JERK pulled the 4 CHEAPEST comps he possibly could. Heck, I can go on Zillow and pick 7 closer comparable homes all 100K higher that the ones this jerk used!!! STEER CLEAR, this guy will rip you off!!
