    If I can give 1 star I would. This company has terrible organization, and they use the CHEAPEST products to increase their profits! they don't PAY contracts upon completion of their jobs, and they would purchase bank houses that has mold and terrible conditions , and try to resale the home at a higher value then what its worth! no longer will be using them again

    There is a reason this guy has only 1 star!!! Unfortunately he was chosen by the lender, not me. He must have been the cheapest bidder. I scheduled an appointment between 2 and 4pm. I adjusted my schedule to accommodate this. 3:30 rolls around and still no show. I called his # and he said he would not make it until 4, seriously??? And you weren't going to call and update me? Well, he doesn't show up until 4:15 with a trainee in tow, who on top of everything else was rude!! I just received my appraisal and the JERK pulled the 4 CHEAPEST comps he possibly could. Heck, I can go on Zillow and pick 7 closer comparable homes all 100K higher that the ones this jerk used!!! STEER CLEAR, this guy will rip you off!!
